Orange County Performing Arts Centre 10 January 1997

info thanks to Thomas from Honolulu

Orange County Performing Arts Centre January 10, 1997. There was no program that I could find, just the two pages of information (see attachments) in the monthly bulletin of the Arts Centre.

I can only remember bits and pieces of the program after these years, but it was almost certainly similar to her Timeless Concert Tour later that year. She did sing "O Mio Babbino Caro", "Summertime" (which was the most memorable song of the concert for me), the West Side Story and Phantom of the Opera collections, and "Who Wants to Live Forever". There were at least a couple of classical/operatic songs that I can't recall. I wasn't at all familiar with her classical repertoire at the time. Sarah only came on stage for the second half of the evening's program, so the above probably includes most of the songs she had time for (40-45 minutes).

Makes me wonder if she was using this concert (and possibly others) as a test of her material for her later Timeless Concerts.
